Casa Claudio, little and cozy apartment in Ostuni, is not more than 10 meters away from the sea and from a little sandy beach. On the first floor of an antique building, which used to be a fisherman’s house in the early XX century, got a stunning seaview on the sea of Puglia.

Casa Claudio represent a great choice for a couple or a small family willing to enjoy both the beaches of Puglia and some nice trips to the close towns of Valle d’Itria.

The apartment on the sea is composed of a living room with a kitchenette and a mezzanine with one bed, a double bedroom with another mezzanine with a single bed, a bathroom with shower.
To get up to the mezzanines there are some vintage ladders, the very same (obviously properly renovated) that were used more than 50 years ago to collect olives from the trees of the area, and for that reason those beds can only be used by people over 12 years old.

In the apartment you’ll also find: Air Conditioned, TV LED 32″ Full HD, free internet WIFI, bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Casa Claudio is located in a peaceful neighborhood: despite being on the beach, it is never too crowded (apart from the central weeks of August, but that’s unavoidable) and it is not a touristic area. It means that locals usually goes there on the beach and the restaurants are good and not too expensive.

Apart from the beach downstairs, our advice is to pay a visit to the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, and to its long, sandy beaches. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get there from Casa Claudio.
